CONTENT ADVISOR - MICROSOFT "BUG"
If parents (or even
your assistants!) are telling you they "can't log in" it is possible
they have to change a setting on their computer/pc.
Many people have experienced
difficulty viewing Charms and like websites due to 'content' settings.
Here is the simple "fix" to give to your parents and students:

In Internet Explorer
(IE) click on Tools>Internet Options>Content (Tab)

If the Content Advisor
button says, "Disable" - click to disable it.

Click Apply to save
the setting.
If Charms is still
open, users should close the browser and reopen for the new settings to
take effect.
Make sure if you go to charmsmusic.com
you use the Parent/Student Login. Enter "leesburghsband" as the
School Code
